Complimentary Saturday Sessions for People Who Have Previously Attended the Workshop:
Saturday is a complimentary time of small group and one-on-one consultations designed to build capacity and sustainability and answer questions specific to YOUR situation. Bob Vickers will be joined by several other experts--BOTH doers and donors--to discuss other topics OR meet one-on-one to discuss you and your organzation. Here is a rough outline of the sessions and topics:

I. 8:30 to 9:15 am: Detailed and small group discussing and instructions of issues surrounding 501(c)(3)s such as starting one, naming one, incorporating one, choosing a Board, running effective meetings, keeping appropriate records, By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, State and Federal filing, etc.

II. 9:30 to 10:15 am: Discussion, question-answers, and selecting a document, specific questions relating to nonprofit, assistance choosing a document, etc. BASED ON YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

III. 10:30 to 11:15 am: Specific discussion for research-related issues relative to specific needs: Choosing who, what, where, why, and HOW much to ask for!

Saturday Lunch will be on your own.
