The Reduced Fee for the webinar is due to limited underwriting. . . Please pre-register by paying the $59 reduced Registration Fee now by using Paypal. Paypal provides a SECURE site and will walk you through paying with a credit card, an electronic check, or another of their many ways to pay. We have never had a problem with Paypal or anyone using it.
