Still Don't Have Your 501 (c)(3)?
Call to have your 501 (c)(3) package completed this week:
(407) 298-9696

If you have a heart to help people in need for long periods of time, it's important that you obtain your 501(c)(3). In the future, society and the government will rely on YOU to help people. But you must have your 501 (c)(3) status to have access to the grants that will be coming from the government for years and to give tax receipts for help.

However, it's not just about grants. Organizations tremendously increase the number of people they are able to help because they had their 501(c)(3) status and were able to obtain resources they weren't able to obtain when they didn't have their exemption status. Since 1999, I have had a 100% approval rate. Contact mti535@yahoo.com or by phone at (407) 298-9696 to discuss your options.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q. How long does it take for Multiplying Talents to complete all of our paperwork?
A. One week provided you supply all of the needed documentation we have requested.
Q. How long will it take for us to be Incorporated?
A. Each state has a Incorporation fee which is not included in the price of our preparation. If usually takes your state to mail your Articles of Incorporation back to you in 7to10 business days.
Q. Why does it take so long to get the Articles back, I know some companies promise them back in one day?
A. Those companies complete the state online application with DO NOT give you enough space to type in all the necessary IRS verbiage (found on Page 35 of The Best Guide for Nonprofit Corporations.) If the IRS verbiage is not in your Articles of Incorporation, your 501 (c)(3) application will be sent back to and that will cause a delay in your filing process. If you live near your State Capitol, you can walk your articles in the same day and get them stamped and filed.
Q. How long have you been doing this?
A. Since 1999–I’ve never had a 501 (c)(3) disapproved!
Q. Do you think, "If I buy your book and CD, I can do this on my own?"
A. Yes, it's a "how to book." If you are a self motivated person, you can do it yourself and save hundreds of dollars. The CD is great, there is a sample 501 (c)(3) already completed for you. All you have to do is retype in the blanks with your information. There are also electronic copies of Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation on the CD.
Q. Can we use the Articles Of Incorporation you have typed on the CD for our corporation?
A. Yes you can copy any of the articles, but make sure you go to your state website (see list of State websites in the book) and use your state required articles as a guide. Then copy and paste the IRS verbiage from the articles on the CD to add to your articles. It may seem like a lot of words, but at least you don't have to re-type it because it's all on the CD for you to cut and paste.
Q. I don't have a computer at home, should I still order the CD?
A. You have not because you ask not. Use the computers at the Public Library–it' s FREE. They also have printers, but you'll pay a small fee for anything you print or copy–most libraries charge 10 to 15 to 25 cents per copy.
Q. What about grants? How do I find them?
A. Grant CDs are available, too. These are excellent grant CDs written by Bob Vickers of Artful Askers. Each CD has at least 5 or 6 different grant proposals written on them. They are good to cut and paste and use for different letters for donations too. Bob Vickers is also a grant writer, you can find him at
www.artfulaskers.com OR www.bobvickers.com. Many tertiary helps can also be found at www.relationshipuniversity.org.
