Please HELP us to provide a measure of HOPE to our hometown neighbors of Johnson County.

This is a good-faith effort at matching people who want to volunteer and serve together in meeting needs by contributing in-kind products, doing good deeds, and/or giving of what they have to meet the needs of neighbors in the communities around you.

If you are interested in ANY of the following and want to know how you can help, volunteer, donate, or pick-up and distribute, please send an e-mail with your contact information and brief message to bob@ArtfulAskers.com. If you are an Agency and have a need, please contact us, too. Especially if you have something that Volunteers can help you complete! A volunteer hour in Missouri is worth $18.85 in a match!

I. We have a desperate need for the following things that people need BUT cannot buy with food stamps.
   --Paper Products:
          toilet paper*, paper towels*,
          baby wipes*, diapers* (especially sizes 3,4, and 5).
   --Cleaning Products:
          dishwashing liquid*, laundry detergent, fabric softener,
          brooms*, dust pans, and mops.
          Also, windex*, chlorox, and cleaning solution.
   --Hygiene Items:
          shampoo, bar/hand soap, deodorant*, razers,
          toothpaste* and toothbrushes, combs, hair brushes.
   --Furniture:
          especially mattresses* (twin, full and queen), couches
          and love seats, tables and chairs*, and bed frames*.
   --Dishes, pots and pans*, silverware*.
   --Bath towels, sheets, dish towels and wash cloths.
   --Hand sanitizer (right now I have a HUGE supply of this!)"
